If you have been redirected to this page while trying to access genouest.org, cesgo.org or any of their subdomains, it means that the GenOuest infrastructure is currently experiencing technical issues that are preventing users from accessing our services. This page contains the information you need to track the resolution of the incident.

Current incident

The technical services of our hosting facility have requested a preventive shutdown of the GenOuest infrastructure for the extended weekend due to the extreme temperatures forecast.

We are planning to start the shutdown this afternoon. As a result, all GenOuest services will be unavailable, including:

The HPC cluster (all running jobs on the cluster will be stopped)
The cloud infrastructure
All CESGO services

If you have urgent deadlines over the weekend, we strongly recommend retrieving any data or results you may need before the shutdown begins, as no access to the platform will be possible during this period.

We plan to progressively restart the infrastructure on Wednesday, provided that environmental conditions allow it. The exact timing of the restart will depend on the temperatures observed at the hosting facility and the go-ahead of the technical services.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We will keep you informed as soon as the restart process begins or if the situation changes.
